Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Authority concerned specially the Consolidation Officer, Phoolpur, Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 103 of 2023 dated 01.07.2023, under Rule 109 of U.P.C.H. Rules, Mauja Jagdishpur Pargana Mahul Tehsil Martinganj , District Azamgarh in accordance with law within some stipulated time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Case No. 103 of 2023 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid case wi
