Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2/Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur to decide the case No.330 (Rama Shankar v. Gram Sabha) under Section 21(1) of UPCH Act, within stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in pursuance of the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Writ-B No.2776/2019." 4.
