Lucknow-respondent no.2 alongwith judgment and order dated 3.12.2025 passed in Second Appeal No.901 of 2019, which is taken on record. On the basis of that, he submitted that relief prayed by the petitioner in this petition, has now been granted, therefore, petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. Therefore, under such facts and circumstances, no further order is required to be passed. 5.
