Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Deputy Director of Consolidation Prayagraj, District-Prayagraj as respondent no. 3 to decide the Revision No. 131 of 1997 within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid revision is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned counsels for respondents have no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Director of Consolidation Prayagraj, District- Prayagraj to decide the aforesaid revision, in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy
