Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is chak holder no.1344 and original plot of the petitioner are 35/1, 42 & 64/2. Petitioner was proposed chak on plot no.42M area 0.208 hectare. Petitioner filed an objection under Section 20 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") against the proposal of Assistant Consolidation Officer. Consolidation Officer vide order dated 28.12.2021 decided the aforementioned chak objection excluding plot no.42 from the chak of the pet
