The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.29/36, under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. C.H. Act (Sri Kishun vs. Shiv Shankar), within a time bound period. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that title objection under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. C.H. Act is pending before respondent no.2. He also submitted that delay in filing the title objection has been condoned, as such, appropriate direction be issued for the disposal of the pending title objection. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer, Chit Badagaon, Ballia to decide the aforesaid proceedings to
