A perusal of the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court reveals that the illness slip sent by the counsel for the petitioner was rejected by the Court and writ petition was dismissed on merits. 3. Filing of a restoration/recall application in a case, which has been decided on merits, is not maintainable. 4.
