The case of the writ petitioner is that one late Yaduvir Singh who was a Head Constable died-in-harness on 19.08.2023, the writ petitioner in the leading writ petition and the connected writ petition claimed themselves to be the wife, they seek retiral benefits, pension and gratuity. The contention of the writ petitioner is that already no objection certificate has been granted by the writ petitioner in the leading writ petition, however, the same has been disputed. 3
