Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri D.K.Ojha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he was appointed to the post of Naib Tehsildar on 27.06.1994, he was thereafter entitled to promotion to the post of Tehsildar. However, owing to certain departmental proceedings and a criminal case, he was not accorded the benefits of promotion to the post of Deputy Collector and also the ACP and pay scale of 6,600/-. On 31.03.2023, he was also superannuated. However, he is not receiving the pension and other retiral benefits commensurate with what he ought to have been bestowed. 3.
