The case of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner late Ram Prasad Dhama who was working as Constable, expired on 25.12.2010, however, prior to his death, post conduction of the departmental proceedings, his services came to be dispensed with on 09.12.2010 by the Inspector General of Police, Meerut on the ground of unauthorized absence. 3.
