Contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that she has been appointed as Aganwadi Karyakatri, however, owing to the cancellation of the residency and income certificate dated 30.03.2024 on 01.04.2024 now the services of the writ petitioner has been dispensed with on 28.11.2025 and the writ petitioner has questioned the cancellation of the certificate while filing Writ-C No. 18418 of 2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to again approach post decision and outcome of the Writ-C No. 18418 of 2025. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
