The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his father who was working as Cleaner, expired on 28.08.2025. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Jaunpur. 5.
