Petitioner before this Court is seeking transfer in a place where his spouse is posted in view of the relevant government policy. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the case of Jitendra Singh v. State of U.P. & Another in Special Appeal No. 564 of 2024 decided on 05.06.2024 the Court has held that the employees are entitled to the advantage that flows from the Government Orders applicable to the employees in matters of annual transfer. 4.
