The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Seasonal Assistant Vasil Vaki Navis on 09.01.1987 and he superannuated on 31.08.2023. The writ petitioner claims pension and promotion also from the date his juniors have been accorded the benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
