The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the mother of the writ petitioner Smt. Pushpa Mittal while posted as Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) (S.I.M.) in District Agra, suffered critical illness and she was admitted to the Hospital. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that there are certain medical bills, which need to be paid. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
