Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Devaang Savla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner, namely, Shri Santosh Kumar who was appointed as ward-boy vide appointment letter dated 24.01.2009, expired on 25.04.2023. The writ petitioner seeks compassionate appointment. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
