At the very outset, Sri Lal Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent No. 3 to remove the Respondent No. 7 forthwith from part of Panchayat Sewak being not eligible candidate as per Government order dated 25.07.2021 by passing the appropriate order in writing in accordance with the Para 17 of Government order dated 25.07.2021 within stipulated period of 1 month, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
