The case of the writ petitioner is that she is presently posted as Senior Assistant in the office of respondent no. 3 at Rampur. He seeks transfer to District Bareilly in terms of the Government order dated 06.05.2025 as husband of the writ petitioner is working in Bareilly. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Director (Administrative), Medical and Health Services Swasthya Bhawan, U.P., Lucknow. 5.
