Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents as well as Shri Deepak Gaur, counsel for Gaon Sabha. 2. The writ petitioner claims to have been appointed as Gram Rojgar Sewak in the year 2008-09. However, the writ petitioner further alleges that his services has been dispensed with on 01.10.2009. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 4 to decide the application dated 06.03.2024 and 05.11.2024. In the prayer clause, no challenge has been raised to the order dispensing with the services. 4. The order dispensing with the services in the year 2009 and the present petition has been preferred after approximately 16 years.
