The case of the writ petitioner is that while he was posted as constable, he was suspended on 23.12.2011 and his suspension came to be revoked on 29.05.2012, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid the salary for period from 23.12.2011 to 29.05.2012. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the fourth respondent, Superintendent of Police, Chandauli, District Chandauli. 5.
