The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Secretary, Gram Panchayat Adhikari at Uska Bazar (Block) District Siddharth Nagar on 10th March, 1999, and later promoted to Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat) on 18th May, 2022 and according to the writ petitioner, by virtue of an order dated 13.10.2023 of the District Panchayat Raj Officer, the writ petitioner had transferred from Block Etwa District Siddharth Nagar to Bhanawapur and thereafter on 30.06.2025, the writ petitioner was again transferred from Bhanawapur block Etwa to Block Shohratgarh and now by virtue of the order impugned dated 22.11.2025, the writ petitioner has been transferred from Etwa to Shohratgarh Block District Siddharth Nagar. 3.
