Heard Sri Bhupendra Kuamr Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that pursuant to an advertisement published in the daily newspapers on 28.08.1998 for appointment of Pharmacist (Allopathic), the writ petitioner participated and results were declared in the year 1999, however, the appointment of the writ petitioner was made in the year 2007 and he joined in the year 2007, they seek consideration of the claim in pursuance of a Government order dated 28.06.2024, since their selection was prior to the enforcement of the pension scheme. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Direc
