Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Utkarsh Shubham (AoR No. A/U1011/24) holding brief of Sri Shailesh Verma (A/S 0795/2022), learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as a Home Guard and on account of an event which occurred on 13.01.2022, he met with an accident and occasioning 65% permanent disability. According to the writ petitioner, on 02.01.2025, the medical has been done but no final decision is being taken with regard to the ex-gratia payment and compassionate appointment of the son of the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs to be adjudicated at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
