The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner solemnized marriage with one Sanjay Kumar Singh, who died in harness on 09.09.2025 as Lekhpal. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment, but the same has not been accorded till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
