A joint statement has been made by learned counsel for the parties that they do not propose to file any affidavit and the petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. With the consent of the parties, the petition be decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable in the year 1982 promoted on the post of Sub Inspector in the year 2018, he superannuated on 31.01.2022, however, according to the writ petitioner now order impugned has been passed on 23.03.2022 by the fourth respondent, SSP, Mathura, District Mathura reducing the pay scale while re- fixing the same from Rs. 64,400/- to Rs. 53,300/- and consequential recovery has also been directed to be made.
