Sri Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Sub divisional Magistrate, respondent no.4 Sadar, District-Mirzapur, to decide the objection/appeal dated 03.04.2025 filed by the petitioner for cancelling the income certificate issued in the favor of respondent no.5 and a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding /directing to the District Magistrate, District-Mirzapur, to pass a reasoned and speaking order on application dated 05.07.2025 within reasoned and stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
