The case of the writ petitioner is that an advertisement came to be published on 24.02.2021 for recruitment on the post of Sub-Inspector and the petitioner participated in the said selections and qualified the same and his name stood figured out in the select list on 12.06.2022 and thereafter he was appointed on the post of Sub-Inspector on 16.02.2023.
