The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner namely Harish Badhani who was working on the post of pharmacist in the office of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Bareilly Region Bareilly and expired on 03.05.2021. She survived by the writ petitioner, two daughters and one son. According to the writ petitioner, pension was paid till in the year 2022, however, thereafter now nothing has been paid. According to the writ petitioner, he placing the reason to gather knowledge with regard to the fact that there was an error in pay fixation.
