At the very outset, Sri Ajay Srivastava (A/A 2120/2013) holding brief of Shri Rajneesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to to Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 26-08-2025 passed by respondent No. 2 rejecting the claim of petitioner for the appointment as a post of Beldar (4th class employee) under the dying in harness rules and also reappoint the petitioner at the same post in the concerned department, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
