Heard Sri Ashutosh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Ms. Archana Tyagi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised regarding the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that this Court has no territorial jurisdiction particularly when the deceased was working in Chandigarh in CRPF and the writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment who is residing in Aligarh. Reliance has been placed upon the decision in the case of Mohd. Anwar Hussain Vs. Union of India Writ-A No. 17223 of 2025 decided on 17.11.2025. In Mohd.
