The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Junior Clerk Accountant on 09.10.1995 and he was promoted on the post of Assistant Accountant on 10.10.2011 and promoted on the post of Accountant on 23.10.2017 and superannuated on 31.12.2023. The writ petitioner claims ACP and other benefits as per Government Order dated 16.04.2014. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4.
