The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as Sub Inspector (M) in U.P. Police Department and he was accorded posting at Prayagraj and was allotted Government Quarter No. 11 Type 3, Police Line, Civil Lines and he was transferred from Prayagraj to Jalaun and he was relieved on 14.05.2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that at Jalaun there is no official accommodation allotted to the writ petitioner, thus, in view of the circular dated 21.11.2016 clause 4 it is contended that in Jalaun, there is no official accommodation allotted to the writ petitioner and, thus, the daughter is studying in B.Com, thus, till the completion of the semester, the family may not be ousted from the quarter which has been allotted at Prayag
