Heard Sri Irfan Ahmad Malik, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A joint statement has been made by learned counsel for the parties that they do not propose to file any affidavit and the petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. With the consent of the parties, the petition be decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable in the year 1983 promoted on the post of Head Constable in the year 2016, he superannuated on 31.05.2024, however, according to the writ petitioner now order impugned has been passed on 11.05.2024 by the fourth respondent, SSP, Mathura, District Mathura reducing the pay scale while re-fixing the same from Rs. 64,100/- to Rs. 60,400/- and consequential recovery has also been directed to be made.
