The writ petitioner had earlier approached this Court while preferring Writ-A No. 10467 of 2025 which came to be decided on 28.07.2025 - "1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner wants a writ of mandamus to command the respondent to consider his representation dated 026.09.2024 alongwith which he has filed his high school certificate which he passed out in the year 1984 the year when he entered into service. 3. It is contended that in medical examination conducted in the month of February, 1984, the year of birth got recorded as 1965 whereas on the official portal petitioner's date of birth is recorded
