Heard Sri Lavlesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was working as Survey Revenue Inspector in the District Mirzapur, he was placed under suspension and thereafter he was reinstated but the salary for the period of the suspension period being October and November, 2016 has not been paid. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the fourth respondent, Assistant Record Officer, Sonbhadra. 5.
