The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his father was working as a Class-IV employee in P.W.D, who expired on 21.04.2015. The writ petitioner claims to be the son of the deceased, however, the G.I.S. payment is not being made. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the writ petitioner has to establish the statement of the legal heirs, particularly when the compassionate appointment so accorded to the writ petitioner was cancelled. However, the claim of the writ petitioner needs to be adjudicated by Respondent no.2. 4.
