Heard Sri Parvez Alam, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the mother of the writ petitioner Smt. Pushpa Mittal, who was Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) expired on 01.09.2017. The writ petitioner has represent the case for grant of gratuity and other benefits and he seeks to rely upon page-24 of the paper-book being a communication of the Treasury Officer, Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow dated 20.01.2024. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that till date, gratuity and other benefits have not been paid. 3.
