The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the mother of the writ petitioner Smt. Pushpa Mittal, who was Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) expired on 01.09.2017. The writ petitioner has represent the case for grant of gratuity and other benefits and he seeks to rely upon page-24 of the paper-book being a communication of the Treasury Officer, Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow dated 20.01.2024. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that till date, gratuity and other benefits have not been paid. 3.
