The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of part-time Tubewell Operator on 07.08.1993 and he was regularized on 20.12.2008, his services were declared permanent on 01.01.2012 and he superannuated on 30.09.2017, but he was not accorded pensionery benefits from the date of his initial appointment in light of the judgment in the case of Chaman Singh vs. State of U.P., (2023) 3 UPLBEC 1700. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
