The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner is working as Senior Clerk in the Department of Bal Vikas Pariyojana Pawai, Azamgarh but he has not been accorded the medical expenditure to the tune of Rs. 4,79,027/- referred to page 26 of the paper book a communication of the District Program Officer, Azamgarh to Additional Director, Finance dated 15.10.2025. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fourth respondent, Additional Director (Finance) Bal Vikas Seva Evam Pustahar, U.P., Lucknow. 4.
