With the consent of the parties the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated on the post Senior Lab Technician on 31.10.2025, however, on 13.11.2025, an order came to be passed by the District Malaria Officer, Bareilly seeking to recover an amount of Rs. 5,76,596.00/- and an undertaking has also been sought from the writ petitioner for deduction of same from the gratuity. 4.
