Pal, learned Additional CSC has made a statement at bar that he is possessed with the instructions and he is in a position to argue the matter and he does not propose to file any affidavit. With the consent of the parties the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was selected as a Muster Roll employee of the Gram Panchayat Halwana under the scheme of MGNREGA on 29.03.2025 according to the writ petitioner he was working efficiently, however, on 29.11.2025, the Block Development Officer, Gangoh, District Saharanpur has issued an order seeking to recover an amount of Rs. 70,560/- on account of misappropriation of Government money. A consequential order has also been passed on 10.10.2025. 4. Questioning the said order
