Sri Durgesh Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdrawn the present writ petition wherein prayer is to (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Impugned Cancellation order dated 28.11.2025 issued by the Respondent No.4, whereby the petitioner's duly issued Offer of Appointment for the post of Sub-Inspector in CAPFs has been arbitrarily cancelled without assigning any reasons. (Containing as Annexure No. 16); (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to restore the petitioner's candidature and appointment for the post of Sub-Inspector in CAPFs, as per the original final result dated 20.10.2025 and the Appointment Letter issued on 24.10.2025, pursuant to Advertisement No. HQ-C1208/1/2024-C1/2 (Comp No. 8101) dated 04.03.2024, insofar as it pertains to the Petitioner with Roll No. 30110077
