The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was engaged as Aganwadi Assistant on honorarium basis at Aganwadi Centre Hariharpur, Block Rajpur, District Kanpur Dehat on 22.01.2005 but she was directed to perform duties as Aganwadi Karyakatri since 29.04.2015. The writ petitioner claims that there happens to be recommendations in her favour for absorption but now the post in questin is being sought to be advertised on 27.11.2025 by the District Program Officer. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, District Program Officer, Kanpur Dehat. 4.
