The case of the writ petitioner is that she was selected and appointed on the post of Staff Nurse and was given posting at CHC Rajgarh, District Mirzapur, however, now by virtue of the impugned order dated 23.04.2025, the Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur has transferred the writ petitioner to Community Health Centre, Haliya, Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is first of all lady and secondly she is suffering from neuro ailment and further the children of the petitioner are in VIII standard and IV standard who are in District Sonbhadra and the grand father of the writ petitioner is 98 years, thus, the respondents be directed to reconsider the transfer of the writ petitioner. 3.
