The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is posted as a Junior Assistant in Food and Civil Supply Department since 02.03.2019 and in the seniority list his number is 746. The writ petitioner claims promotion on the post of Senior Assistant as per the provisions contained under Uttar Pradesh Government Department Ministerial Cadre Service Rules, 2014. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4.
