Heard Sri Ram Dev Pathak, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner had not been accorded the benefits of post completion of 30 years while including training period as per Government Order dated 21.07.2011. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fourth respondent, Superintendent of Police, Deoria, U.P. 5. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the fourth respondent, Superintendent of Police, Deoria, U.P. by 09.01
