The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is working on the post of Constable and the mother of the writ petitioner is ailing he seeks transfer from Jaunpur to Bijnor, Moradabad and Sambhal. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Additional Inspector General of Police Establishment/Personnel, U.P., Lucknow. 5.
