Grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of the Constable in the year 2005 and he seeks second promotional pay scale/grade of Sub Inspector Grade Pay 4200/- post completion of 16 years and also increments in the benefit of 7th Pay Commission pursuant to the Government Order issued from time to time. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri, District Mainpuri. 4.
