According to the writ petitioner his date of birth is 01.12.1968 but it has been wrongly mentioned as 04.01.1966. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for correction of date of birth. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Social Forestry, Shahjahanpur. 5.
