The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on daily wage basis as Meth on 28.02.1988 and he claims to have been regularized on 16.05.1995 and retired on 30.09.2024 has not been paid pensionary benefits. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Executive Engineer, Prantiya Khand, Public Works Department, District Sonbhadra. 5.
